Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to support our cross-functional teams. As an Analytical Business Partner, you will be responsible for organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements. This role involves working closely with departments like finance, sales, HR, and IT to ensure data accuracy, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards.

About The Job

This is a proactive and detail-oriented position that requires strong analytical and quantitative skills. You will work with various stakeholders to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time. Your ability to classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility is crucial. Additionally, you will assist in supporting data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR)
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
