Analytics Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analytics Team Lead to manage, mentor, and grow our analytical team. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership capability, and business acumen to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights and solutions that drive business performance.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They will be responsible for leading a team of offshore analysts, allocating resources, managing workload distribution, and overseeing project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of offshore analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    • Allocate resources effectively, manage workload distribution, and oversee project timelines.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the offshore team and onshore stakeholders.
  • Analytics Delivery:
    • Ensure timely delivery of accurate, actionable, and well-structured analyses and reports.
    • Review and validate team outputs to maintain high standards of analytical rigor and data quality.
    • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.
  • Recruit, Train & Collaborate:
    • Participate in recruiting new talent to the team.
    • Onboard new team members and provide continual learning across the team.
    • Work closely with onshore leaders to align priorities, clarify expectations, and set performance goals.
    • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Promote knowledge sharing, standardization of processes, and best practices across the global analytics function.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation:
    • Drive efficiencies through automation, process optimization, and adoption of new tools and technologies.
    • Identify opportunities for the team to provide greater value.
