About this role:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Analyst to support our newly created regionalised structure. This is not a traditional reporting role: the ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping to design scalable insight engines, prototype decision-support systems, and lead the next wave of analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

The successful candidate will partner with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables. They will develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing
  • Build and refine repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting
  • Mentor junior analysts in developing storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills
  • Play a lead role in driving cross-client insight standardisation and reporting automation

Key Skills:

  • Presentation skills: present findings directly to client stakeholders in recurring forums and bespoke sessions
  • Data analysis: translate data into compelling narratives, offering recommendations rooted in behavioural trends and financial performance
  • Communication skills: build trust through clear, commercially relevant storytelling that supports client decisions
  • SQL skills: expert-level SQL, with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets
  • Tableau skills: skilled in Tableau or similar BI tools, with the ability to build intuitive and visually engaging dashboards

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a clear focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work
