Remote Learning Support Professional Role

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the success of our educational initiatives by coordinating with instructors, tracking student progress, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure seamless operations
  • Track student progress and provide regular updates
  • Provide outstanding customer service to students and their families
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions and class schedules
  • Monitor student academic progress and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Professional demeanor and effective communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required; 2-3 years progressive career growth
  • Experience working in a virtual operations environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial
