As an Affiliate Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our affiliate network and driving revenue growth. This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate partnerships.

We are looking for a high-performing individual with a strong background in performance marketing, preferably within a regulated environment such as fintech, crypto, trading, or CFDs. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship management and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary: Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Affiliate Management
  • Proactively reach out to KOLs to expand our affiliate network
  • Negotiate, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliates
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates
  • Analyze affiliate performance data and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Develop promotional campaigns focused on maximizing ROI
  • Build reports using internal data to track and optimize affiliate performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with verifiable results
  • Proven ability to build and manage affiliate/influencer partnerships that drive ROI
  • Strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, and campaign performance tracking
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Fluent English—both written and spoken
