Job Overview

This is a strategic marketing position for a leadership consultancy specializing in people strategy and talent optimization.

The role involves designing and delivering marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, amplify the client's brand, and fuel revenue growth.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning the marketing function month-to-month, setting campaign priorities, writing compelling copy that speaks to the target audience, and ensuring all creative outputs from the design and video team are delivered on time, on brand, and to purpose.

Key responsibilities include campaign management, content creation, email marketing, creative oversight, content calendar management, re-engagement campaigns, HubSpot operations, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, exceptional copywriting skills, strong storytelling and positioning ability, HubSpot expertise, experience managing and proofing work from designers and video editors, project management and stakeholder communication, analytical mindset, and excellent English communication skills.

This is a remote independent contractor engagement. The successful candidate will be expected to disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work, reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as 'Independent Contractor'), and collaborate with a creative team that values high standards and experimentation.
