Lead Marketing Strategist Opportunity

Are you an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies? Do you have a passion for driving campaigns and initiatives that boost visibility, occupancy rates, and revenue?

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a strategist and executor who can advise senior leadership while rolling up their sleeves to get things done. As a lead marketing strategist, you will develop and execute a tailored strategy for multiple hotel properties, design and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels, and optimise the company's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Sales and Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a targeted strategy for multiple hotel properties, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Design and Manage Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and traditional media.
  • Optimise Online Presence: Enhance the company's online reputation through search engine optimisation, social media management, and content creation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing within the hospitality or hotel industry, proven track record in strategic planning and hands-on execution, strong knowledge of hotel booking platforms, digital marketing, and brand positioning, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

This remote role will be set up as an independent contractor engagement. Successful candidates will be expected to collaborate with leadership during core Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours, attend daily stand-up meetings with the team, disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work, and reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as 'Independent Contractor').
