Job Title:

Rental Services Associate

This position involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients of a dynamic car rental company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims, managing tolls and parking tickets efficiently, and contributing to marketing efforts through social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is required.
  • Marketing background or experience is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening are necessary.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite), and agility in learning new internal software and systems are required.
  • Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
