About the Role

The Leasing Coordinator is the first point of contact for prospective tenants across our rental portfolio, ensuring fast and friendly responses to leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via call, text, and email
  • Schedule property tours and maintain showing windows
  • Assist prospective tenants with applications and unit details
  • Coordinate with leasing agents and internal departments
  • Manage leasing documentation and CRM updates
  • Create and assign support tickets
Tools and Technology:
  • Leasing CRM and property management platform
  • Cloud phone system
  • Internal communication and updates
  • Task routing for internal coordination

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours/week, with overlapping hours with U.S. Pacific Time zone. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.

A great fit for this role has experience in leasing, customer service, or real estate support, and is comfortable switching between multiple platforms.
