The paralegal professional will provide support to the legal team in conducting research, preparing documents, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and prepare accurate memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and correspondence in compliance with US, EU, AU, and UK laws.
  • Organize and manage legal files, contracts, and case documentation efficiently.
  • Monitor and ensure timely compliance with filing deadlines and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Prepare court documents, filings, and pleadings accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of correspondence and legal activity for easy reference.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with US, EU, AU, and/or UK legal systems and regulations is essential.
  • Strong research and writing skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Excellent English communication skills: reading, writing, and speaking are required.
  • Proficiency in legal research platforms and document management tools is necessary.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining high-quality work.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of legal tech tools and cloud-based systems is an advantage.
Work Environment
