About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our legal department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and paralegal support to our lawyers and consultants.

  • Prepare legal documents and records management, secretarial support and office administration
  • Draft, encode or review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, corporate secretary certificates, memorandums, forms, and other documents and papers as assigned
  • Proofread and cite check documents, as well as review documents and exhibits in preparation of dispositions, arbitrations, and trials
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, forms, affidavits, and other documents as required
  • Perform records check, legal and non-legal research, typing, clerical, secretarial and administrative functions
  • Administrative duties such as taking phone calls, answering correspondence and filing
  • Prepare and encode minutes of committee meetings, board meetings or board resolutions
  • Provide administrative and paralegal support and assistance to lawyers and consultants

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Political Science, Business Administration, or any related course
  • 2-3 years of related experience in a law firm
  • None Required certifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Political Science, Business Administration or any related course. Preferably with Law units or a Law Graduate. With experience in government dealings and transactions is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
