Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT or business within a large enterprise setting using Rally or ServiceNow for intake requests.
  • Experience with contact center telephony platforms such as Genesys, CXOne, Avaya, Cisco, or MS Teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in managing large-scale enterprise environments spanning multiple locations.
  • Collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
