- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed process maps of current state processes.
- Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new or improved processes.
- Develop and present recommendations to senior leadership on process improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate information effectively with others.
- Strong elicitation and collaboration skills.
- Experience in facilitating inception workshops and identifying business process needs involving multiple stakeholders.
