Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze request queue to determine fulfillment approach.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need clear, confident, and concise communication skills, 2+ years of experience in IT or business, and proficiency in Rally or ServiceNow for intake requests. Additionally, you should have experience working on contact center telephony platforms, facilitating collaboration across multiple teams, and working in large enterprise environments.
