Business Finance Role Overview

We are looking for a talented professional to fill a crucial business finance specialist position. This role involves providing expert financial guidance and support to small businesses, helping them navigate complex financial landscapes and achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support, with a strong understanding of financial services, fintech, or SME lending. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet lead qualification targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify high-potential SME leads across inbound and outbound channels
  • Customer Engagement: Engage prospective customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms to understand their finance needs
  • Initial Assessment: Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior business finance specialists to hand off qualified leads and contribute to improving outreach strategies and conversion processes
