Job Title: Treasury Finance Specialist

The role of the Treasury Finance Specialist involves managing daily cash operations, bank data extraction, cash forecasting, liquidity management, and reporting to ensure accurate financial management and strategic planning.

This position requires a strong background in healthcare accounting and experience with Sage Intacct. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with banking platforms, financial data extraction tools, and ERP integrations.

The responsibilities include retrieving and consolidating daily bank statements, balances, and transaction data from multiple banks and financial institutions, as well as preparing and monitoring daily and weekly cash reconciliations.

Additionally, this role involves developing and maintaining short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, analyzing variances between actual cash positions and forecasts, and providing insights and recommendations.

The Treasury Finance Specialist will also be responsible for coordinating with banks regarding transaction issues, new account setups, and relationship management, as well as supporting treasury leadership in maintaining adequate liquidity buffers and managing working capital efficiently.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Sage Intacct in a treasury, accounting, or finance role
  • Solid understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
  • Familiarity with banking platforms, financial data extraction tools, and ERP integrations
