Finance Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team in the crypto/Web3 space.

This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in finance or accounting, strong knowledge of digital assets, and the ability to work seamlessly across multiple entities.

Our ideal candidate has 2–5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or operations (with crypto/Web3 exposure), strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain finance, and reconciliations, and excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Management
  • Record and reconcile crypto and fiat transactions across wallets, exchanges, and systems.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers for token distributions, vesting, staking, and treasury activity.
  • Coordinate with accounting and audit partners for reporting and compliance.
Digital Asset Oversight
  • Monitor and manage digital asset holdings via Fireblocks, Integral, and other tools.
  • Conduct regular valuation and reporting on assets ($PLMS, USDC, ETH, NFTs).
  • Track exposure, performance, and maintain historical records.
Audit and Compliance
  • Prepare documentation and liaise with auditors during reviews.
  • Issue and track crypto and fiat invoices, maintain proper records.
  • Ensure compliance and financial documentation are up-to-date.
Administrative Support
  • Coordinate filings and documents with banks, partners, and corporate service providers.
  • Manage legal documents (NDAs, agreements, resolutions).
  • Maintain internal record-keeping and compliance documentation.
Operational Efficiency
  • Document and improve finance, legal, and admin workflows.
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations across departments and external advisors.
