IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring that their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems, using your expertise to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve IT system efficiency and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Proficiency in Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems, as well as PC hardware components and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with remote connectivity issues and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting Macs.
  • Knowledge of routers and firewalls.
  • Skills in troubleshooting, Linux, and web hosting.
