Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Join us in the pursuit of creating a cutting-edge software development and operations management experience. We're seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional managed services across the globe.

  • Develop and implement structured engineering and operations processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead daily agile devops practices and represent the team to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
  • Organize, coordinate, and drive internal projects with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Mentor engineers to enhance their skills and expertise in software delivery using infrastructure as code.
  • Identify and measure key performance indicators for team health and well-being.
  • Ensure proper team focus on priorities, milestones, and deliverables while meeting service level agreements worldwide.
Requirements
  • Drive and track record of exceeding expectations in software delivery and team management.
  • Proven experience in managing devops teams for SAAS or similar offerings with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and maintainable code quality.
  • Technical aptitude for complex distributed systems, cloud topologies, and technologies.
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies and working in and managing distributed teams.
  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
