Job Title: System Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled System Reliability Specialist to serve as the highest level of technical escalation within our support team. This role focuses on resolving complex technical issues that cannot be addressed by frontline support, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with development teams, product management, and other stakeholders to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, as well as contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall quality of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reproduce and resolve a variety of technical inquiries
  • Provide technical support through various channels, including Zendesk, JIRA, and phone
  • Develop and implement fixes to ensure system reliability
  • Configure servers and networks in the Cloud
  • Update database records to maintain accurate client information
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Software Engineer
  • Strong academic foundation from reputable universities
  • Demonstrated track record in well-established or recognized organizations
  • Experience as a Software Engineer (5+ years)
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer-attentiveness and experience facing customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with JavaScript tech stack (Node, NestJS, React, Vue)
  • Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS)
  • Bitbucket and GitHub CI/CD knowledge
  • Proficiency in reading logs (e.g., Splunk)
  • Understanding load testing tools and analyzing results
