Multilingual Contact Center Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our retail solutions team as a customer service representative. This is a full-time position requiring excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of BPO experience and a minimum 2nd year college undergraduate status. Good computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook, are also essential for this role. Fluency in Spanish and local Filipino citizenship are required, and prior experience in insurance or payments is preferred but not required.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, text, and live chat.
- Work collaboratively with internal support teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records and updates on customer tickets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective issue tracking and resolution.
