  • Managing HMO accounts to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to members.


Requirements


Requirements include:



  • A graduate or undergraduate degree in a medical field.
  • BPO experience handling HMO accounts, preferably with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflows while maintaining attention to detail.
