Job Description
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in a medical field, such as nursing, pharmacy, or radiography.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with members, colleagues, and management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in an onsite environment with shifting schedules.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Handling health-related inquiries and concerns from members.
- Managing HMO accounts to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to members.
Requirements
Requirements include:
- A graduate or undergraduate degree in a medical field.
- BPO experience handling HMO accounts, preferably with a proven track record of success.
