About the Role
This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your medical background or BPO experience in HMO accounts to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry. As a customer-facing professional, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to health insurance claims, member support, and sales outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your medical knowledge to assist members with health-related inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize your BPO experience to manage HMO accounts, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet performance targets.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, customer success representatives, and management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to members.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A graduate or undergraduate degree in a medical field, such as midwifery, radiography, pharmacy, nursing, or biology.
- BPO experience handling HMO accounts, preferably with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
- Flexibility to work in an onsite environment in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
