Job Overview

We're seeking an intellectual property specialist to support the preparation and submission of patent, trademark, and copyright applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate or commercial law and experience assisting with IP due diligence and monitoring potential infringement cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of patent, trademark, and copyright applications.
  • Maintain and organize IP-related records, filings, and documentation.
  • Draft IP agreements and supporting documents with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct IP due diligence and research to support filings and protect company assets.
  • Monitor for potential IP infringement and assist in coordinating response strategies.
  • Stay updated on relevant IP laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in corporate or commercial law.
  • IP Knowledge: Experience assisting with patent, trademark, and copyright applications; conducting IP due diligence; and monitoring potential infringement cases.
  • Research & Drafting: Strong contract drafting, legal research, and document management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field.
