Job Summary

Project Coordinator Role

QBE Insurance seeks a skilled and analytical individual to fill the position of Project Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Support and coordinate with project teams to deliver projects according to agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Analytical Insights: Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to project stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to QBE's processes and procedures, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in program/project management.
Preferred Competencies/Skills:
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
