Project Management Expert

The role of a Project Control Services Practitioner involves overseeing the execution and delivery of end-to-end project management activities within a globally sourced delivery model. This encompasses collaboration with various teams, project timeline management, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards while addressing challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert; collaborate and manage teams to perform tasks efficiently, making responsible decisions for the team.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions that drive project success.
  • Provide solutions to problems faced by their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain project momentum.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review project status, address issues, and foster open communication among team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Expert proficiency in Delivery Operations Control is mandatory.
  • Additional desirable skills include experience with Program Control Services.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices is essential.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools for tracking and reporting is required.
  • Ability to analyze project data, generate insightful reports for stakeholders, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Work Environment & Requirements
  • This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Delivery Operations Control.
