The Site Office Engineer role is a pivotal position within an organization, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects while adhering to strict engineering standards.

This professional will provide critical technical and administrative support to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.

  • Supervise assigned projects, guaranteeing compliance with approved designs and standards
  • Oversee construction projects, preparing cost estimates and quality assurance plans, as well as implementing safety protocols
  • Guide workers, liaise with vendors, and ensure the quality of materials
  • Offer technical guidance and suggestions for improvement
  • Verify the quantity, condition, and approval of materials on site prior to payment authorization
  • Attend/witness selected tests and review relevant test reports and results
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders regarding project status and progress
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed, in alignment with this position's objectives

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with strong multitasking skills
  • Adequate training and expertise
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking
  • A valid driver's license
