About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in facade detailing, quantity takeoffs, and shop drawing preparation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in working with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare accurate and comprehensive shop drawings for windows, curtain walls, and panel systems using specialized software.

    • Perform material and quantity takeoffs by reviewing plans and creating summaries in Excel/PDF.

    • Collaborate with engineers to develop and revise designs and calculations.

    • Evaluate and ensure drawings meet applicable codes, standards, and project specs.

  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in facade design, including curtain walls, windows, and cladding systems.

    • Skilled in preparing shop drawings and detailed takeoff summaries.

    • Proficient in AutoCAD, Logikal Software, and Microsoft Excel.

    • Strong understanding of construction documents and architectural drawings.
