Experienced professionals are required to handle facade design and estimation duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings and performing material takeoffs, as well as collaborating with engineers and project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer-aided design (CAD) software, specifically AutoCAD, as well as proficiency in Excel and specialized facade software like Logikal. They should have hands-on experience in facade detailing and quantity takeoffs.

The successful individual will work closely with the engineering team to develop and revise designs and calculations, ensuring that all drawings meet applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. They should be skilled in preparing accurate and comprehensive shop drawings for windows, curtain walls, and panel systems.

Additionally, they will be expected to review architectural and structural plans, create summaries in Excel/PDF, and perform other related tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of accurate and comprehensive shop drawings
