FACADE ENGINEERING SPECIALIST

As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in analyzing building inspection data and generating comprehensive engineering reports for clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to provide expert advice on repair and maintenance projects.
  • Develop and implement detailed maintenance plans for properties.
  • Analyze complex data from structural analyses to ensure deliverables meet high standards of accuracy and detail.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in facade inspection, maintenance, and structural reporting.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently in a remote setting.
