Key Responsibilities
  • Independently assist senior professionals in providing governance support to international clients, leveraging knowledge of local regulations and global best practices.
  • Prepare and review legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle, from incorporation to dissolution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and agreed deadlines.
  • Perform and/or monitor statutory filings with local authorities, maintaining accurate records and updating stakeholders accordingly.
  • Coordinate with business partners, clients, and colleagues globally to gather information and documentation required to complete assignments, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure proper reporting to meet client, local, international, and industry-specific requirements, upholding high standards of professionalism and ethics.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Law or be a last-year student, demonstrating academic achievement and a strong foundation in legal principles.
  • Have 1+ year of experience in providing corporate services to international clients or 3+ years of experience in corporate law, showcasing relevant expertise and a proven track record.
  • Be fluent in English (written and spoken), possessing excellent language skills and cultural awareness.
  • Exhibit flexibility, proactivity, and attention to detail as a team player with outstanding communication skills, able to work effectively in diverse environments.
