The Legal Counsel plays a pivotal role in guiding our organization towards compliance and strategic decision-making.

Job Summary
  • As a seasoned legal expert, you will provide critical guidance to senior management and business units on corporate matters.
  • You will ensure company-wide compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • A key aspect of this role is conducting thorough risk assessments to identify potential legal and regulatory issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Legal Guidance: Offer expert advice to senior management and business units on corporate matters.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure company-wide compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential legal and regulatory issues.
  • Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure seamless legal operations.
  • Government Liaison: Oversee the processing of permits, licenses, and applications with government agencies.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement policies that align with legal requirements.
  • Litigation Management: Represent the company in legal proceedings or coordinate with external counsel for litigation management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree: Hold a Juris Doctor degree and be licensed to practice law.
  • Law Degree: Possess a law degree (Juris Doctor or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a law firm or as in-house counsel.
