About the Role

You will oversee projects at customer experience centers as the primary liaison, building and managing project documentation on a global scale. This includes establishing project deadlines, assigning functional responsibilities, leading and directing the work of others, conducting due diligence, and gathering materials as required.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, senior executive level parties, and external clients in a virtual environment.
  • Customize, build, manage, and maintain effective project records to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Identify risk, investigate to define mitigation plans, tactfully escalate, and execute on change management to drive business outcomes.
  • Clearly articulate requirements and overall project status to various levels and audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a project management role leading the deployment of medium to large-scale global projects.
  • PMP certification and/or equivalent relevant project management experience.
  • Operational management experience within the BPO/call center industry is a must.
