Regional Delivery Implementation Head

A senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the successful execution of client implementation and delivery projects within the payments industry across the MEA and APAC regions.


This leader will help define and drive the global delivery strategy, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement; build scalable frameworks, and act as the main driver of operational excellence in merchant go-lives.


Key responsibilities include defining regional delivery strategies, developing scalable frameworks, leading high-performing regional delivery teams, setting KPIs, ensuring effective resourcing, enabling alignment to execute implementation plans, acting as a senior escalation point for complex delivery issues, coordinating feature-readiness with Product/Tech, commercial handoff with Sales/Pre-Sales, driving operational readiness for launches, stakeholder engagement, risk management, performance monitoring, implementing project governance, status tracking, and escalation models.


The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in implementation, delivery, or onboarding in payments, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise tech within the payments or fintech industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing regional operations/managing multi-region or global.


Key skills include project management, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, leadership, team management, strategic planning, organizational skills, proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, analysis, proactive and results-driven mindset, sense of accountability and integrity, and commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
