Job description

Position Overview

The Driver & Operations Support role is a multi-functional position that provides transportation services, ensures office security and reception functions, performs messenger/utility tasks, and supports documentation work as needed. The position is designed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations by providing flexible and reliable support in multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities

A. Driving Duties

  • Safely transport company personnel, visitors, and materials as scheduled.
  • Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of company vehicles, including preventive maintenance and reporting of issues.
  • Observe traffic laws, safety rules, and company protocols.

B. Security and Reception Duties

  • Safeguard the premises by monitoring entry/exit points and enforcing security protocols.
  • Maintain visitor logs and assist in access control.
  • Serve as receptionist when assigned, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.

C. Utility and Messenger Duties

  • Assist with office cleaning, sanitation, and general upkeep.
  • Perform messenger tasks such as delivery and retrieval of documents, supplies, and parcels.
  • Provide support to the existing Utility/Messenger staff as needed.

D. Documentation Support

  • Serve as backup staff for documentation tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assist in administrative/clerical work to support HR and Admin operations.

Requirements:

Qualifications

· At least College level (2 years completed); Vocational/Technical course or equivalent is acceptable.

· With valid professional driver's license and clean driving record.

· Preferably with work experience in driving, security, or office support functions.

· Physically fit, dependable, and trustworthy.

· Flexible and adaptable to handle multiple tasks.

· Basic communication and interpersonal skills; courteous in dealing with staff and visitors.

· Knowledge of clerical/office procedures is an advantage.
