About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions between clients and our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create strategic agreements and position descriptions based on client needs.
  • Lead client onboarding processes, including introductory meetings, documentation, and task management.
  • Develop and implement training programs to equip staff with essential skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and service level agreements, providing regular performance reports.
  • Manage client communication, including regular updates, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
  • Oversee team performance, conduct annual reviews, and promote engagement in company activities.
  • Collaborate with the information management team to set up ServiceDesk and PowerBI systems.
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Client Relations, Business Development, or Process & Systems Development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and other computer applications.
  • Experience in documenting workflows and processes.
  • Strong client engagement and communication skills.
  • MBA or equivalent supervisory/management experience is preferred.
