Job Title: Product Development Specialist

Overview

This role is responsible for the entire product development process, working across multiple functions to transform initial concepts into commercial products.

Responsibilities
  • You will be involved in concept development, working with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product ideas.
  • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new product ideas with a customer-centric approach.
  • Research and evaluate suppliers, communicate requirements such as specifications, costs, MOQ, lead time, and select the ideal supplier for each project.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure compliance, quality, and specification standards are met.
  • Work with marketing teams or external agencies to ensure marketing-related deliverables are completed according to timeline and brand guidelines.
  • Manage project timelines, keep stakeholders updated, and ensure each project is completed and launched on schedule.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a product development role, ideally within the baby, kids, or toys categories.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and motivated to push projects forward with limited supervision.
  • Good understanding of Western consumer markets (US & Europe) for product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
