Product Development and Packaging Expert

The Product Development and Packaging Expert will be responsible for ensuring smooth product development lifecycles, managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and analyzing financial data to ensure profitable partnerships.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers, including all direct communication, sample sourcing, pricing negotiation, and timeline management.
  • Conduct financial analyses for new and ongoing products, including cost and margin analysis, using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Work closely with the product development team to understand product requirements and ensure that activities align with product development timelines and budgets.
  • Identify and source new suppliers to meet business needs, including researching and evaluating potential suppliers for new or existing projects.
  • Manage timelines and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all new products launched per season.

The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
