We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Receptionist to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform check-in and check-out tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage online and phone reservations, ensuring seamless communication with guests.
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data for secure transactions.
  • Register guests, collecting necessary information, including contact details and dates of stay.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, assigning rooms and providing information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to clients' complaints, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished for guest comfort.
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees.
  • Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate, enhancing the guest experience.
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Self-confidence and strong communication skills.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel, retail, or customer-focused environments.
  • Reliable transportation and strong computer skills.
  • Opera PMS experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, is expected.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
