Program Development and Strategic Partnerships

The successful candidate will lead the development of our vendor program, fostering strategic partnerships with leading telco and networking vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Relationship Management: The individual will build and maintain deep relationships with core telco vendors (Meraki, Fortinet, Versa, Cato) and distributors to drive service growth, joint enablement, and procurement efficiency.
  • Contract and Commercial Negotiation: This role involves negotiating agreements, SLAs, and pricing structures to maximize business value while ensuring competitive positioning and profitability.
  • Program Lifecycle Ownership: The candidate will oversee vendor-aligned service offerings across SD-WAN, SASE, networking, UCaaS, and cloud solutions—owning roadmap, launch, and optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: The individual will partner with engineering, finance, operations, and sales teams to design scalable frameworks, pricing models, SOPs, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Performance and Governance: This role requires leading vendor scorecards, KPIs, and quarterly business reviews to measure vendor performance, track service reliability, and identify risks/opportunities.
  • Risk and Compliance Management: The candidate will manage technology, supply chain, and regulatory risks while ensuring compliance with vendor security standards and audit requirements.
  • Customer Advocacy: The individual will champion a customer-first approach by improving service reliability, addressing escalations, and integrating feedback into vendor program improvements.
