Job Title: Customer Support Associate - Multilingual

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team. As the initial point of contact for consumer conversations, you will be responsible for resolving Level 1 consumer problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  1. You will answer inbound calls, return calls from emails, and respond to website queries using documented procedures and available tools.
  2. You will verify all contact information and create cases within our CRM system.
  3. You will document problem definitions and log all contacts and actions into CRM as specified in guidelines.
  4. You will provide help and clear direction to consumers on follow-up actions to be taken for resolution.
  5. You will escalate to internal and external persons in accordance with process direction when necessary.

Requirements:

  • You should remain knowledgeable of performance requirements, brands/products, and process documentation.
  • You should maintain awareness of and compliance with all personnel policies.
  • You should achieve specified performance goals and knowledge of all tools used in the process.
