Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and routing them accurately.

  • Foster positive relationships with customers through prompt, courteous, and professional communication.
  • Diligently identify customer needs and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain accurate records of call details for reference and reporting purposes.
  • Offer support and guidance to callers by providing basic information and escalating complex concerns as needed.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence by adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in the BPO industry handling healthcare accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR software
  • The ability to uphold confidentiality and patient care principles while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Sensitivity to cultural and language differences
  • Basic mathematical skills
