Responsibilities:- Engage at the Highest Levels: Establish and maintain relationships with business owners, founders, and key executives, becoming their trusted advisor on critical financial decisions.
- Architect Solutions: Design and execute sophisticated strategies for succession planning, corporate governance, key person insurance, and employee retirement benefits that align with clients' organizational goals.
- Lead the Market: Act as a thought leader, leveraging expertise to manage complex accounts and deliver strategic insights and exceptional service.
- Build Your Practice: Develop your client portfolio with strategic autonomy and the backing of our global network, training, and digital tools.
We are seeking a self-starting leader with a proven track record and consultative mindset.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in financial advisory, wealth management, business consulting, or related fields with a focus on corporate or high-net-worth clients.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior executives and business owners.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Deep expertise in finance, investments, retirement planning, and market analysis; ability to dissect a business's financial structure and identify opportunities for growth and protection.
- Consulting Acumen: Experience in succession and governance consulting is advantageous; understanding family corporations, partnerships, and large enterprises.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-driven, results-oriented, with ambition to build and manage a sophisticated book of business; nationwide network of business owners is a plus.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Certifications such as CWP or CFA are highly regarded.
