Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Contacting clients to verify essential details such as contact information, site readiness and any specific requirements for the upcoming appointment.
  • Providing clients with reminder calls prior to their scheduled appointments to confirm timing and address any last-minute questions or concerns.
  • Handling scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes ensuring all parties are informed and adjustments are made seamlessly.
  • Effective communication in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
  • Able to work 9-10 hours per day, 6 days a week.
  • Prior experience in solar appointment scheduling preferred but not mandatory.
