Production Manager Role">

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Production Manager to lead the efficient and effective operations of assigned lines. The ideal candidate will implement strategies and action items to achieve production goals, monitor key performance indicators, and manage resources to maximize material savings and cost improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of assigned lines following implementation of maintenance, quality, occupational safety, and line HR systems.
  • Implement strategies and action items to achieve production goals by monitoring key performance indicators and line trends.
  • Manage resources to maximize material savings, cost improvement, and overall equipment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any engineering course, preferably related to relevant Engineering field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry, 1 year of which in supervisory capacity.
  • Deep knowledge in end-to-end value chain management for Production spanning Production Planning, Material Requisition, Production Operations, and Warehousing.
  • Prominent leadership, communication, and basic management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
  • Knowledge in ISHIKAWA, BEC, and 6W2H methodologies.
  • Excellent people management skills, backed by solid experience in coaching, mentoring employee discipline, performance management, talent development, and change management.
