Job Title: Director, Operations

This is a leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and client satisfaction in a dynamic business environment. We are seeking an experienced operations leader who can manage large teams, foster high performance and engagement, and ensure delivery of organizational goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic & Operational Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company objectives and drive consistent adherence to quality standards.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a senior point of contact for escalations and business reviews.
  • Performance & Financial Management: Own operational KPIs including production efficiency, absenteeism, retention, and overall client scorecard metrics.
  • Leadership & People Development: Lead, mentor, and coach operations managers and staff to achieve business and individual performance objectives.
  • Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure all operations adhere to quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA or postgraduate degree preferred).
  • Experience: 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the BPO/contact center industry.
Work Environment:

  • Onsite overnights may be required.
