About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading direct video interactions with international clients, coaching and developing a high-performing team of virtual assistants, shaping the future of our proprietary software through hands-on testing, and building lasting partnerships with clients across global markets.

You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations. As an Account Lead, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and develop strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engaging video calls with international clients to understand their evolving needs
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns before they escalate
  • Coordinate solutions when clients face challenges with their virtual assistants
  • Identify opportunities for clients to expand their VA services and grow their business
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experiences that set clients up for long-term success
  • Build strong client relationships focused on mutual growth and satisfaction
