
Patient Communication Coordinator

This role involves working with a remote team to manage patient communication and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:- Frontline Patient Communication: Answer intake phone calls from patients in a friendly, professional manner, acting as a remote receptionist.
- Patient Information Gathering: Obtain and record detailed client information, including personal details, location, and a summary of symptoms or chief complaints.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule same-day or urgent appointments accordingly, coordinating appointment times by matching patient availability with on-call doctor schedules.
- Doctor Coordination: Determine and assign the appropriate doctor for each case based on the patient's symptoms, location, and timing.
- Communication & Follow-Up: Send out confirmation details and informative follow-ups to patients and doctors.
- Post-Appointment Follow-Up: Reach out to patients to confirm their issue was addressed and they are satisfied with the service.
- Experience & Background: 1+ years of experience in a customer service, patient intake, or call center role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent English proficiency, with a clear speaking voice and strong written communication.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for helping people and providing outstanding service.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology to facilitate workflow.
Shifts are divided into four fixed periods: 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM, 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM. Each coordinator can work up to two shifts per day (totaling up to 8 hours) with a minimum 8-hour break between any two shifts.
