Quality Assurance Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our deliverables, operational processes, and internal data.
To achieve this, they will develop and enforce robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), execute data quality and remediation programs, conduct internal audits to international standards, and maintain client feedback mechanisms with integrity.
Mission Objectives:- Develop and publish at least five Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) annually
- Ensure 100% of eligible Zendesk tickets have CSAT surveys sent
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of two years experience in auditing or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The following qualifications are preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA
- Experience working in a regulatory environment
