Cryptocurrency Operations & Support Specialist
As a professional in the cryptocurrency field, you will play a vital role in managing operational, marketing, and customer support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Social Media Management: Create engaging posts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram to promote our platform.
  2. Paid Advertising: Assist with booking and optimizing digital ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, and crypto networks.
  3. Help Desk Support: Provide top-notch customer support via email, chat, and social media channels.
  4. Software Testing: Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
  6. General Operations: Support administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.
  • Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for crypto and eagerness to learn.
